• Payment is due at the time of placing the pre-order.
• Pre-orders are special orders placed with our vendors and can take anywhere from two to eight (2 – 8) weeks for fulfillment depending on the manufacturing process.
• Pre-order fulfillment windows provided within the product details are estimates depending on the vendor/product. If the estimated window for fulfillment should change, extending the fulfillment period, you will receive notification.
• Please carefully check the pre-order timeline associated with the order prior to placing the order.
• Pre-order merchandise ordered with an item(s) in-stock, will be shipped separately and shipping fee applied once at the point of purchase.
• A shipping notification will be sent once your pre-order merchandise has shipped and is en route to you.
• Due to the limited availability of pre-order merchandise, even exchanges for a different size may not be available. The Returns/Exchanges policy is otherwise applicable to pre-order items.
