**PRACTICE WEAR ORDERS** -- Practice Wear items for 2011-2012 season can be found by clicking "For Athletes Only" and then "Practice Wear".
The required items for CA Practice Wear 2011-2012 are in stock! If you are a CA athlete, please choose "More Carriers" and "In Store Pick Up" for your shipping method to avoid unnecessary fees.
Shipping fees will be refunded if another shipping method is chosen by mistake.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES -- We trust you will be satisfied with your Cheer Athletics purchase. However, should you decide the merchandise is not satisfactory, you can contact us regarding a return. We must receive written notification (email or fax) within 10 days from original ship date to consider a return with no additional fees. Please contact Angela Rogers with any further questions regarding RETURNS. Please include “RETURN: Your order #” in the subject of your email/fax/letter.

Upon receipt of the RETURN REQUEST, www.CAProShop.com (CAPS) will send you a return shipping label via email.
Simply print out the label and attach it to the package containing the items to be returned.
Once the RETURN is received by CAPS, the items for exchange will be shipped to the customer.
Refunds/credit adjustments for returned items will be submitted to the consumer once the RETURNed item(s) are received.
Returns/Exchanges at Cheer Athletics -- Returns/Exchanges may be made on site at Cheer Athletics, 1718 N. First St., Garland, TX 75040. Returns/Exchanges will be granted to those consumers whose items have not been used, worn, nor washed. Items must be returned within 10 days of original purchase.
REFUNDS -- A request for refund due to a cancelled order or for returned merchandise must be submitted in writing via email or fax. Refunds will be granted to those consumers who submit a written request within 10 days of the original order for items that have not already been shipped. Refunds will also be granted to those consumers who have properly returned items received and the items have not been used, worn, nor washed. No refunds will be issued prior to the shipped items being returned.
Refunds for Team Uniforms -- Refunds for Team Uniforms will only be granted for any monies received over the required 50% deposit. Uniform deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Full refunds for team uniforms will ONLY be granted for orders that are cancelled within 48 hours of the original purchase.
CANCELLATIONS -- CAPS reserves the right to cancel an order at anytime. In the event that the consumer wishes to cancel an order, he/she may log-in and choose to cancel the order. Once the order is in process/locked and can no longer be manipulated by the consumer, a CANCELLATION REQUEST must be submitted in writing via email, fax, or mail to CAPS. Please include “CANCELLATION REQUEST: Your order #” in the subject of your notification. Please direct all cancellation requests to Angela Rogers. Email: arogers@cheerathletics.com. Refunds for cancelled orders will follow the same guidelines as stated under “REFUNDS.”
