Q: When will I get my order?

A: Orders are shipped 3-5 business days (5-7 business days for International orders) from order date. You will receive a shipping confirmation to your email with your UPS tracking number so that you can track your package.

 

Q: What if I get the wrong item?

A: If we send you the incorrect item, simply email CAPSonline@cheerathletics.com and we'll be happy to help!

Q: The item that I want says "Out of Stock" when will you get more?

A: We try our best to keep inventory of all of our items. If for some reason we are out of an item, simply select the item you want and click the blue "In Stock Reminder" tab on the right of the screen. When we get the item back in stock you will receive an instant notification through email.

Seasonal Items such as Practice Wear, Team T-Shirts and Uniform Bows are not guaranteed to become available again. When they are no longer available, we will remove them from our site.

 

 Q: Can you just ship my items to my CA gym so I can pick them up there?

A: Unfortunately we cannot ship items to any CA location, but you should be able to purchase your desired item at the gym. If the item you are looking to purchase is not available, please let your ProShop associate know and they can request more of that size/style (Restrictions apply)

 

Q: I am an international customer, how can I track my package?

A: During checkout, select the "International Shipping w/ Tracking" option and we will attach a tracking number to your order for you to track your package as it is delivered.

 

Q: I am an international customer in the checkout process, how do I get the system to accept my postal code when I only have 4 digits?

A: Simply put a "0" either before or after your 4 digit postal code. 

 

Q: Do you offer a sizing chart?

A: Unfortunately, because we offer so many different brands and styles in our apparel, we are not able to offer a standardized sizing chart. If you have any questions about sizes, please feel free to contact us to better assist you with your online purchase.
